I have a Vox V847a. Whenever I turn it on, no sound comes out at all. I thought it might be the adapter, so I tried using a battery instead. Still nothing.

Any ideas as to what's wrong with it, should I just get it check out?

You might have plugged it in wrong. What I mean is that maybe you put the cable from your guitar into the jack where the cable going to your amp goes. Try switching those around.

From the looks of the pedal that may not be the problem. If you think it is, a better question may be, "TS, can you read?"

Haha, trust me it's not plugged in wrong. And if it was I'd hear at least some whale squeaks or something.
