And here everyone was thinking they'd get to get away from AM's impulsive spending for a month...

you got that fulltone fd-2 in your avatar? i know you've tried a bunch of ODs, is that a keeper then? better than the glorious tube driver?

I sold it after a few weeks. I just never bothered to change the avatar. It's nice with single coils but at the time I was using humbuckers pretty much exclusively and I didn't really like it with them. I kind of wish I still had it now; I may pick up another eventually. Right now I'm using an Analog Man King of Tone that's basically a Full Drive done right. I love it more than anything I've tried except for the Tim. The KoT is pretty much perfect. I want a new amp though so I'm trying to flip it.

Bluesbreaker and yea, it's V4. It's just the 2 channel OD format I was comparing the two with. The Tim has more similarities to the FD-2 and I like it better as well. I prefer the KoT though because it's more dynamic and gritty. The Tim is smoother and more compressed, a better substitute for the Tube Driver. The Timmy would work well too.

A friend of mine was looking at a Timmy, but we've both heard that those pedals don't work well with Fenders. (he has a deville) He eventually decided that he didn't wanna be put on the list just to find out, so he never got it.

I guess AM is above UG law now. No review, not even names of what the items are, yet no closed thread

while we typically dont have problems with this (sometimes we do), there are no clips or reviews. and you all have managed to derail the thread already
