Ever had one? I get one when I hear the following epic portion of 10,000 Days.

Set as I am in my ways and my arrogance;
burden of proof tossed upon unbelievers.
You were my witness, my eyes, my evidence;
Judith Marie, unconditional ooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And the intro to Natural Science. Beautiful guitar and lyrics!

When the ebbing tide retreats
along the rocky shoreline,
it leaves a trail of tidal pools
in a short-lived galaxy.

And this part from Infinite Dreams.

It can't be all coincidence;
too many things are evident
You tell me you're an unbeliever.
Spiritualist? Well me---I'm neither
.

And the guitar during the intro to Good Mourning / Black Friday

The chorus of The Death of Music (specifically the ahh-HEEYEAHHHH), the first time the intro riff comes back with distortion in Suicide, and the bit in Dynamics that goes "UUUUUUUNSUUUUUUUUURE WELL HERE'S HEALP WITH THE WAIT/THE HEAVENS MOOOOOOOVE AND THE EARTH WILL QUAKE".

All by Devin Townsend, as I am obsessive.

Porcupine Tree's Halo when the piano comes in towards the end gives me chills up the spine.

Okay ... that's like one person here who actually understands what I mean by "rockgasm". Any "-gasm" has to be short and pleasurable. It has to be a tiny section of a song that, for some odd reason, releases the serotonin in your brain.

Same for me. Along with

You're the only one who can hold your head up high;
shake your fist at the gate saying:
"I've come home now!"
Fetch me the spirit, the son and the father;
tell them their pillar of faith is ascended.
It's time now
My turn now
Give me my
Give me my wings!

Incredible song

My other favourite orgasm inducing portion of a song would be at the end of Opeth's "The Night and the Silent Water". The buildup is, quite simply, amazing.
