Yes, 50's replica. All the replicas I make have 100% nitrocellulose finishes throughout, keeping the original vibe.

I think I like the first one the best. But they all look good. I would like to re-work a strat someday, maybe over winter I will... who knows.

no, the bodies and nacks are CNC cut, then hand sanded, shaped. Neck is fretted by myself too. Doing it that way gives alot more options on contours, routing, fingerboard radius, fret size, back profile of the neck etc.
