first one is some type of modulation, look at stuff like phase shifting, flanger, chorus, and rotary speaker effects. im not sure which one atm, id need to listen a bit more but i think its at least a chorus, and flanger.

i think the second one is tremolo picking and a wah, or as the first one, a flanger, but i definitely think its trem picked so its kind of hard to hear

I'm getting a feeling it's some sort of univibe type pedal for the first one. A rotary speaker simulator that is. As for the second one, definitely some wah and tremelo picking but possibly something else to it maybe a chorus.

thanks alot for the replies. So basically i should get a chorus and flange pedal, or POD that can support them both and has a wah pedal built in?

It' hard to say what it is spot on, but it sounds like fast chorus or vibrato, maybe a leslie.
Anything that makes the pitch oscillates would work
