Hey guys. I've been playing .010- .046's on my PRS Singlecut with a trem bridge ever since I got it, about 6 months ago. I want to put on a custom set of .010-.049's on it. What all needs to be adjusted on the guitar for this? Can I do all the adjustments myself fairly easily? Thanks guys.

Put them on and see how it plays and sounds. Check your intonation at the 12th fret and make adjustments as necessary. A string change that subtle shouldn't require too many crazy adjustments.

You’ll have to adjust the intonation by slightly moving back the appropriate saddles to compensate for the slightly heavier strings.

Practically everything, depends on how picky you are about your guitar setup.

Floating tremolo will need readjustment, action, neck bow, intonation.

You should be able to do all of it yourself.
I play mostly ibanez-es so I use this guide http://www.ibanezrules.com/tech/setup/index.htm, should apply to most of the guitar out here (I've been doing my own setups ofr 10 years now, excluding major fretworks)
