Hey guys, I am working on a few songs for my new band. It's my first band and I'm the songwriter and guitarist. But I also want to try and do the vocals since I write the songs.

I would be very grateful if you could give me some advice, or opinions. I have only recently started singing, so I have a lot of work to do.

(these songs are just rough copies, using a drum machine and my guitar for the bass lines, but you'll get the idea anyway)

I'd find a singer. Your voice doesn't suit the music at all tbf.

But the music's awesome. Real funky bluesey stuff!

Thanks for your comment man. Could you tell me what you think i'm doing wrong? I'm totally new to this singing malarky, and I really want to improve as I love singing.

idk man, my advice is to work on your voice, cuz it's just like an instrument, needs practice. i think that with a bit of work, you could really sing nicely. And if you think about it, there are a lot of artists with worse voices than yours who really made it on the market ).
