It may not be EZDrummer. It's most likely a different VST plugin. Could even be custom made. Try looking for electronic drum samples and use them in whatever recording program you use.

You could make that with any program that allows velocity curves, filter control and pitch shifting, which is pretty much any major program with dedicated drumming software.

Some of the hits used sound like processed TR-808/909 samples, and other synthesised drum hits (instead of real drum samples).

And another thing, don't expect a walkthrough tutorial, experiment.

Battery by Native Instruments is a good place to start. It comes with a pretty good amount of samples and stuff like that though there are cheaper alternatives.
