Hi. my mom traveled to canada and wants to buy me a guitar and brings it to Iran.
My candidates are: Schecter Damien Fr, MIM tele and LTD MH-350 NT
The problem is she knows nothing about guitar so I must select one that has better quality control and less factory flaws. We don't have luthiers in this country so when you buy a guitar you should choose a correct one.
1) which of these axes do you suggest? I'm not and FR fan but I love EMGs and NT.
2) And do you suggest musician's friend for canadian costumers?
Thanks you for your consultions\m/

I suggest the Schecter. I love that guitar, it sounds awesome and is good to play. But apparently Schecter's customer support is abysmal so make sure everything is fine with the guitar and whatnot before you buy it.

I'd suggest the Schecter, as I personally hated the MIMs and I find most LTDs vary too much in build quality; I've played some that felt amazing and others (even the same model as one I liked once!) was just pathetic and left me with a lot of caution around them now.

Good, I don't play just in one genre but mostly rock/blues and my own soloing improvisations.
