What can you tell me about it?

I was offered to trade a 1967 Kustom Frankenstein head for my Epiphone Les Paul Special II (I really want to get rid of it) and I've had a hard time finding out information about it. I've Googled a bit (so give me that "let me Google that for you" bullshit) and I'm at a loss.

I was only able to find out a bit, like it has Tremolo and Reverb, but I don't know if it's tube or SS (not a big deal to me). I can't find how many watts it is either. My friend told me it's an old bass amp, but I figured even if it is, it's gotta be better than an Epiphone Special.

So what can you tell me about? Any help would be great.

Ask the guy who's offering it about it's history and whether or not it's a tube or SS.

Use your search tool for "Frankenstein" and it will give you some info 1/4 of the way down. I'm pretty sure it's SS though.

the official name is the Kustom by Ross Head (depending on the wattage). Its a vintage SS amp.

This site has some good info on them right at the top of the page, but seems to be a bit fanboyish

Yeah, that's the only site I came across with info but it was still pretty vague. I'm planning on asking the guy more about it when I can, but we've been playing phone tag all day and haven't been able to get a hold of each other.

100 watts solid state (or 200, I'm not sure which it is) would be plenty loud, right? I figure once you start getting close to 100 watts SS you have some decent headroom, but I'm not all that knowledgeable about amps.
