I believe this is called an achrostichon? (I don't know the word in English)
As you can hopefully see, the first letters form a word, in this case the name of the person it's written for.
(A famous achrostichon is the dutch national anthem, where the first letters form 'Wilhelmus Van Nassau')

Have you ever seen her
Eagerly waiting smile?
Luring from her eyes,
Endlessly, and
Nimbly shining?
Absolutely fabulous.

You really should try to expand this. I believe it could be a good song.
"Music became a healer for me. And I learned to listen with all my being. I found that it could wipe away all the emotions of fear and confusion relating to my family." Eric Clapton
