I've got me a Digitech Metal Master pedal, and it rules. Unfortunately, my $120 item went to shit when one of the wires snapped. It's the black wire that's connected to the little part where the battery connects to, and the wire is snapped right where it goes inside of that little connector part. The pedal is way past the warranty, so is there any hope for repair?
Yeah for real it will take like 30 seconds to fix. Soldering is very easy
Ok, I just thought it mighta been too close to the plastic of the connector part to do that. But I've got someone who can help with the soldering, so I should be good to go.
You can get 9v battery snaps on Ebay or at radioshack for next to nothing if the wire snapped too close to re-solder.
