The level knob (inner metal, not the top plastic) on my mt-2 broke. The inner metal is split into two pieces. One stuck on the pedal and the other inside the plastic knob. Is this fixable. If so how? thanks.

It is fixable. You need a new pot (potentiometer) and metal shaft. Pedal building web sites have parts like this (in this case it is all in one). Then get a new plastic knob if you can't save the old one. If you are not handy with soldering and electronics you may have to get someone to do it for you.

You can also try just super gluing these back together again. I think
