I need a new guitar for alternative rock and a bit of metal, I need:
A non locking bridge
From 350-500 GBP
preferably a case or gigbag included
Tey need to be on this website: http://www.dawsons.co.uk/

I have seen a couple as well:
PRS SE Custom 24
Epiphone Les Paul Custom
Epiphone Korina Explorer
Fender Standard Telecatster (I know it wont be much good for metal)
Thanks

Go for the PRS SE, you won't regret it. Might I ask why you're avoiding the locking bridge?

- Ibanez S770FM
- PRS SE Custom
- Blackstar HT-5 Mini Stack

I'd go with the PRS SE, much more suited for metal than the others.

( The Peavey Vypyr is great but you might wanna think about getting a good tube amp in the future )

Again, the PRS SE 24 is easily the best there. I'd also agree that if you're in a gigging band you need a better amp.
Gibson Les Paul Studio with Catswhiskers pickups
PRS SE 'Floyd' Custom 24 with Creamery pickups
Fender Standard Stratocaster with DiMarzio pickups
Takamine GN30
