what exactly do you mean?

dont know if this answers it, but i used to have a boss dd20 delay and i could turn a knob and set exactly how many milliseconds or bpm that i wanted. i could also tap the tempo in, and depending on my settings it would read in either milliseconds or bpm

Most higher end digital delays will let you set the exact BPM/millisecond delay time, like the TC Nova Delay, Boss DD20 etc.

yeah ive noticed on the good delay pedals.

ive just seen pedals and such that have a 1/4 cable insert for 'tempo'.

mainly the boss loop stations.
(but pretty sure ive seen elsewhere.)

but looping with tap... never works.. never.
