I just bought a cheap delay pedal. Well a few days ago actually. Some guy sold all this for 50

Dean Markley pup
Boss DS2
Boss CH1
Stand
Dunlop Original Crybaby (vintage logo version)
Ibanez DL5

The boss pedals im trying to resell. I cant stand the boss tone.

The ibanez DL5, however which seems the cheapest of the bunch surprised me with its tone. It has a really awesome warm delay tone. What do you guys think of it...

Am I going crazy?

Its one of the cheapest delays ever, and is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

Ibanez have always made very usable pedals.

I understand why you wouldn't like a DS2 but what have you got against Boss Chorus?

the boss chorus is not bad. But its sound is very common. I like effects that have a color of their own. Perhaps is the fact a lot of people use ibanez that makes it this way for me that I feel I've heard it a lot of times. The DS2 I did not like at all though. I could not get a tight sound out of it, and I tried to use it as a boost, but it actually loosened my tone.

as for the DL5, Im bothered by the fact it is amazing when on, but changes my tone noticeably when off

I want to be able to keep it
