If i wanted to get more headroom and a more warm tone from my blues junior, would getting something like a 40 watt speaker instead of a 15-20 watt speaker help with that? or should i get an extension cab?

and what speakers would you reccomend for a warmer tone with more headroom from a blues junior?

My budget is probably $200 for the speaker, but i can wait if its a really good speaker or if the cab is more than that.

A Greenback or a clone of same. Maybe a scumback if you are in the US?

thanks for the replies, and if were to go with wgs.com, which speakers are the greenback speakers? and how many watts should the speaker be if i want more headroom?

The Green Beret is their clone and it's 25W like the original Celeston Greenback. The blues Junior should sound great through it but if you want more headroom (personally I'd want the beginnings of speaker breakup when you crank it to 10 - it is a blues amp) I suppose the Reapers are what you want they come in 30W and 50W.
