loved the groove once it hit 1:05 ....the vocals are very downed out in the mix, same with that lead around 1:46 (which sounds pretty kickass from what i could make out). Guitar tone was pretty weak but the song as a whole still sounded full.. not too airy.

All in all with better recording it would be a great song.

Check out my thread for my song. https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1356302

Aye, I'd have to echo what he^ said in terms of the crit. The only real faults are with the recording rather than the actual music which seems pretty tight. Maybe just mess about with different mic placements and the mixing in general can probably improve it shiteloads.

heres my link anyway, but feel free to check out the other stuff in my profile aswell https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1356885

Thanks guys. Unfortunately I don't own an amp worth micing so I'm stuck using Guitar Rig. I try with each new recording to get the best tone possible but its never really successful. Any other amp sim suggestions?
