There is one for sale for $75.

Good buy or should I leave it?

I already have a Les Paul and Warlock, but I was wondering if this would be worth it.
To play around with and stuff.

They suck. You're better off getting a Squier.

the starcasters are very cheap guitars and sold in guitar starter packs like these

i have played one and the quality is between a squier bullet and affinity. might be fun to tinker with, but not for 75 bucks.

I would say to either get a Squier affinity or standard series. The quality is a lot better than those, and they're great for modding.

Not worth $75, eh?

So this is a starter guitar.

yeah, actually you can get a used squier affinity for about that price.

A Fender Stratocaster for only $75? I would jump on that like stink on shit, course, I know you'll never find a real Fender Strat for $75, even if it's a MIM strat.

It's prolly a copy of a Strat, if so, then yeah, I would go for it, not much can go wrong, I mean, it's only $75 for a guitar.

A Les Paul? If you have an actual Gibson Les Paul then idk why you would even waste your time with a $75 strat, you should be able to afford a real MIA stat.

Just take a look at it. It may be worth it just to mess around with, maybe do some mods or something.

Maybe I've been leading people on.
My guitars:

Epiphone Les Paul Plus Top or something.
B.C. Rich Warlock (With white tribal graphic on body)

I guess I'm going to just bring my amp and mess around and see if it's worth $75.
If the action/setup/neck is just too horrible I won't buy it.

I'm not expecting to gig with it, it just looks cool and interesting.
I COULD USE IT TO PRACTICE THROWING A GUITAR!
#18
I have one, I still use it occasionally, when I'm bored and want a strat sound. Really, pretty poor guitars, I wouldn't pay 75 bucks for one. $35 at the absolute most.

I guess you could use it for modding, that's what I'm planning to do with mine.

I really doubt it, but if it's the semi-hollow version, get ittttttt.

You mean the same starcaster's that you buy at walmart? A little piece of advice, if you can buy the guitar at a super market, you might want to steer clear of it.

Go for a squier. You'd be MUCH better off.

if it was the semi-hollow fender starcaster i would fly out there to buy it

If you want a cheap guitar to mess with try looking at the SX SE Hawk at rondomusic.com it will be more worth your time than that starcaster for just a little more to pay for shipping.
#27
Meh, I'd go for it if I had $75 to spare.

I thought you meant one of THESE Starcasters.
