Hey, so right now I have an epiphone les paul custom, and a marshall mg dfx 250 solid state amp. I was hoping to buy a new vox ac30c2 In the next couple of months, but now I have a whole new love for an american standard tele... and unfortunately my budget can only handle one of these above options at a time. So i guess my question is, should i go ahead and buy an amp first and hold out on the tele for about a year or should I go for the Tele now and Wait on the amp for about another year? I'm losing sleep over this one guys.

Thanks for all you're Help!

get a new amp
you'll get better tones out of getting a new amp than getting a guitar

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.
