Don't know alot about pickups.
But will pickup changes to my RG350DX have a BIG impact on tone changes plugged into my Peavey Vypyr 30? :S

Suggesting I purchased a decent pickup of around 150-200$

Yea, anything will make a big difference in output over the stock Ibanez/Dimarzio's. It all depends on what style you play, but a few good combinations for a basswood RG are the tone zone/air norton combo, evolutions, or if you're looking for a bit less output and a Satriani style sound you could try the PAF Pro/Joe pickups.

Or if you want to sound like every other guitarist out there with t3h br00talz just get an EMG 81/85

in my opinion pickups don't play a huge role on digital or ss amps. for tube amps i feel like they make a much bigger difference in comparison.

to test things out try going to a local music stores with vypyr's and set it to the settings you use at home and try out some guitars with better quality pickups and see how much of a difference it makes to you.

I play instrumental rock.
I like the tone of metal.
I'm getting into blues rock.

Is Super Distortion & PAF Pro good for me?
Sorry this is a stupid question but.
Can you put PAF Pro on a bridge or neck?

I haven't used the super distortion. I know a lot of people find this overused, but I like the tone zone and air norton combo. I also like the Paf Pro and FRED combo like in the JS1000. I think any of the Satriani designed pickups would be good for you for doing all kinds of metal, blues, instrumental rock. Evo and Evo2 are also a really good versatile choice and sound fantastic.

I seriously wouldn't mess with new pups if using a Vypyr 30.

I'd spend my money on upgrading to a Vypyr 60 first or an all tube amp.

this thread was lacking 311,his semen probably knows more about tone than all of you in this thread
