Has anyone here actually copyrighted any of their songs before? If so, when you put your info in the database, does it show up online? I'm filling out the eCo form right now and I was wondering if my street address and phone number are going to show up in the online catalog... Anyone know?

Of course your privacy is kept. The eCo invention really streamlined the whole process

some elements in the public record will be available online through the Office’s website, including the name and address of the copyright claimant.

According to this, my address will be shown. But I look up a bunch of copyrights online and they don't list the address.

Do I not need to be listed as a claimant?

If you are the sole owner of the work you are automatically the claimant.
