This is tasy, not gonna lie. I talked to Dave from Mills Acoustic and ordered this bad boy.

A Mach212B with two real Vintage 30's.

I used to own a Line 6 Spider Valve 412 with "Custom" V30s and I thought it sounded pretty good but damn. I'll admit at first when I played through it, it sounded not so great but I assumed this was because of low volumes and well, not breaking the speakers in at all. I cranked my Mark V and did the speaker break in recommended on the Celestion website. It helped a ton, also playing at a louder volume lets the frequencies sound more balanced and lets the amp open up. The cab is awesome. I did some tests by standing on the side of the cab and Dave was right, the sound is spread and more balanced more than a good chunk of other cabs. It destroys my old 412, without a question.

Guess whats new here?

Nope, not the guitar, heres something a little closer.

Guitar is my awesome and only Electric: ESP LTD EC-1000

I took the two EMG 81's and replaced them with Bareknuckle Nailbombs. After MANY grounding/wiring problems, I got it working perfectly and let me tell you, now I know why everyone raves about them. I emailed Tim from BKP and after a few emails he recommended me the nailbombs for the wide range of music I play. I had a push/pull coil split added too and its a great single coil-esque sound that I love using. The nailbombs have an awesome crunch to them and sound equally amazing clean. It sounds good for what I like to play such as RHCP, Muse (same pickup that Matthew Bellamy uses actually), Tool, Metallica, and so many other sounds I want to achieve. I also love the fact that I can turn the volume down and still sound great, something I couldn't really do with EMGs.

All in all, I love the nailbombs and the Mills cab. They were pricey, but I think they are definitely worth the money. Excellent customer service with both companies too. Time to stop buying gear and start playing with my new band

Wow, that is some very nice gear you got there, I've always wanted to try out a Mills cab.

Maybe you should get someone to rig up a speaker out for your Vypyr, then it'll be the ultimate practice amp.

Happy new gear day bro.

Awesome! I thought it was an acoustic amp at first and I was really confused as to why you were playing a Mesa through it
