I know you can't post any copyrighted material, and as far as I know, this counts.

So no, you can't.

You can call me Aaron.

Thats stupid. Don't follow this advice.

I highly doubt that you can. Uploading any copyrighted music lands you + the website in trouble.

So in short: No

This. Any music, part section or otherwise, which comes under copyright claims can not be legally uploaded onto Ultimate-Guitar.com.

And if you choose to upload it anyway, then expect Colohue to kick yo' ass.

No do not post any copyrighted music...you can play the sample yourself and post it as a cover, I am pretty sure UG does not want a copyright suit up their ass.

This is probably a stupid question, but what if you own the copyright?
As far as I know it'd be fine then. Bands post/have people post their songs on their Artist Profiles, so I don't see what be wrong with it, as long as it's yours and your not taking credit for
Someone else's work.
You can call me Aaron.

That's no problem.

If the copyright is owned by a record label, then we have an issue.
