No. You do not want that.

With marshall, the lowest end thing you should look at is a DSL401.

A JCA20h might be what you're looking for, maybe a Peavey Classic 30.
Current Gear:
LTD MH-400 with Gotoh GE1996T (EMG 85/60)
PRS SE Custom 24 (Suhr SSH+/SSV)
Ibanez RG3120 Prestige (Dimarzio Titans)
Squier Vintage Modified 70s Jazz V
Audient iD22 interface
Peavey Revalver 4, UAD Friedman BE100/DS40
Adam S3A monitors

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

why get an MG if you already have one, and also, why get an MG, when you could get an amp that is better?

Used gear = usually more bang for your buck than new.

A used Marshall JCM 2000 DSL combo would be a good choice.

http://cgi.ebay.com/03-Marshall-JCM-2000-DSL-401-DSL401-Tube-w-Tone-Tubby-/190438607216?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c57068970

Its $100 over your budget, but if you can manage to get that extra $100, it will be worth it.

Thats the only amp I can think of in that price range that has warmth and good cleans, but somebody else might know more.

MGs are terrible... If your looking for a pretty cheap valve amp... go for a orange tiny terror. sweet sounds, very loud for a 18w trust me... Or if you can push it and your certain for a marshall try a DSL401 or the VM 2266c
Marshall Vintage Modern 2466 and Gibson Les Paul Custom is litteraly sex in my ear!!!

"THESE AMPS GO TO 11!!!!!!!!!!"

You might be alright with a Traynor YCV50 or a YCV40 and an overdrive, or a YCS50.

This or the DSL that was previously mentioned.
