Yeah, you're wrong. (I assume that because bass comes in after)

yess its definitely some sort of dirty fuzz,
but it sounds really specific.. if anyone can pick some sort of pedal where i could get a tone like that, that would be awesome..

Definately an agressive fuzz tone. There are a couple that I don't know off the top of my head but Acoustic Mirror has some tone tests of some from a while back. Its really more of a try it and see if you like it sort of thing.

Also there might be a clean guitar tracked over the dirty guitar for more definition. I'm not sure exactly but you can definately hear some single-coil clean in there too
