This guy has become my favorite rapper since I've started listening to him. He's from Gary, Indiana, and has released several great mixtapes which are better than most rappers albums IMO.

Womb 2 Da Tomb

The Ghetto

What It Be Like

Crushin' Feelings

Born 2 Roll

Those are just a few of my favorites. Anyone else a fan?

Didn't like it. Misogynistic and 'make money' lyrics are lame. Also, and this is just my personal taste of course, I prefer beats that are sampled from other songs (like oldies/soul/jazz/whatever songs). I don't like it when they just use a synth and a drum machine to make a beat.

This is really good.

Oh my bloody god. Imagine if you were a girl and you woke up to find your little brother's friend standing over you with his erect penis on your breasts...

Indeed.

Gibbs' lyrics are a lot deeper than just "Misogynistic/make money". Some more examples:

Hard Times

Neverending Cycle

Queen (Luv U To Death)

World So Cold - This one gives me chills every time I listen to it. Pay attention to the lyrics and then try and tell me he's just another thugged out copycat. It's a true story BTW.

Sorry if I sound defensive, I just REALLY ****ing love Gibbs.
