Don't you have an alarm?

Takes energy to digest, doesn't give you much energy so it's pretty counter productive.

Follow what this guy says. If you chose not to, maybe drink some coffee and listen to load music. Talking to other people helps too.

EDIT: Oh, and avoid dairy products since they make you even more sleepy.

Get these things called health potions or mana potions, they're about double the caffeine of red bull etc and have no sugar so you dont crash, i wish they sold them over here in the UK

Try to achieve something. I'm not kidding, your brain will forget about sleep if you really focus on trying to get something done. I use videogames and working out, works like a charm.
