My computer is about to break down.
It's infected with some viruses.
But Norton doesn't seem to be able to remove them.
When I scan my pc, it says it's checking all the files and then I saw
'checking.. Hackertool.B and Infostealer..'
Normally Norton scan the files pretty fast, but it scanned those 2 for about 7 minutes each, and then continued without recognizing them as a virus.
I also noticed my Firewall was turned off, wich I didn't do.

A couple of days ago my pc suddenly shut down after my screen and sound acts weird (on, off..).

So does anyone know the best way to get my computer cleaned out and how to protect it better in the future?
Would it be possible to get a program to remove those viruses and restore the damage?
Or do I have to get an extern hard disk and put all my files on there and format my pc (wich would have to be a final option)
Any help please!

Norton has always sucked.
Get kapersky or bitdefender

This should be in the computer thread but it's easier for me to just type it here.

Download Malware Bytes, Avast and Ad-Aware. Save to a disk or USB memory stick and load your computer in safe mode. Run through all 3 TWICE, reset and run once more. If it stops coming up with stuff then restore your computer to normal operationa and run a final scan with each. Then stop visiting dodgy porn sites and keep Avast running.

It probably all comes down to that.
