salgala typed what I was going to type. A really crappy nut or saddle could break a string from tuning too much, but yeah, I wouldn't expect any problems

It might make your E string sound a bit dead quicker than the others, but it won't break the string. By 'dead' I mean, it won't sound bright as long as the rest, but playing through an amp you won't notice the difference.
