She's just a friend.

It's her birthday and part of her present is a mix CD. I've given her one before and she loved it, so she wants another one.

On the last one was songs like:

Roller Coaster - Blink 182
1000 Miles - Vanessa Carlton
Konstantine - Something Corporate
Lots of songs by Something Corporate.

I want like acoustic-ish piano sort of songs.

So far I have:

Memory - Sugarcult
Letters To You - Finch
Swing Life Away - Rise Against
A song from one of teh UG albums

Any ideas?

EDIT:

Update!: On page 4 (20ppp)

I need you guys to rearrange these in a good order

Track list:

Drive Away - Sundance Kids (This will be track number 1)
You're Gone - Something Corporate
From Where You Are - Lifehouse
Make You Smile - +44
Existentialism on Prom Night - Straylight Run
Los Angeles - The Audition
Look After You - The Fray
She Is - The Fray
Syndicate - The Fray
Stay With Me Brighteyes - Something With Numbers
Damned If I Do Ya (Damned If I don't) - All Time Low
Memory (Acoustic) - Sugarcult
Sun (Acoustic) - Daphne Loves Derby
Letters To You (acoustic) - Finch
Three Cheers For Five Years (Acoustic) - Mayday Parade
I Want You - Third Eye Blind
Swing Life Away (acoustic) - Rise Against
Jasey Rae (acoustic) - All Time Low
Don't Be So Hard (acoustic) - The Audition
Move Along - All American Rejects
You and Me - Lifehouse (Must be the last song)

Anyone wanna put them in a sick order? and give reasons why.

Like, start loud and acoustics later? Or put a big electric song right before You and Me at the end?

This is the last thing I ask guys, I appreciate it!

What is with chicks and that song? I mean it's a good song but it makes every girl I know fall head-over-heals. My gf dedicated a painting she did to that song, and she went crazy when I played it for her.

I guess I'm just confused as to what is so appealing.

Just good songs eh? This song will blow your mind all over the god damn wall. The guitar tone is sweet, it has a beast of an outro solo, easy to sing along to and gets your foot a'tappin'

The good news

You and Me - Lifehouse is another.

Diamonds & Rust by Joan Baez. Acoustic, yes, and a beautiful melody overall.

...or you could opt for the Judas Priest version. >.>

Bartender and the Thief by Stereophonics
Just A Day by Feeder
God and Satan / Many of Horror by Biffy Clyro
Island in the sun by Weezer.

If you're reading this, then chances are you're procrastinating too

Also, people still make mix cd's? I feel like that died back with the invention of MP3 players.
