So, this is my first, legit guitar after playing my mom's strat copy for 6 years. I love this guitar, she's freaking beautiful. Better quality pictures once I get my camera back. =P

(REM album in the background. )

(She's silverburst )

The pick ups are a little wobbly and the bridge pick up is raised up really high, is that normal or should I fix it?

Should I lower the pick up, then lower the bridge?

sexy silverburst

The pickup height should be fine, I would've lowered it out of preference. But that's just me.

I don't like the action to be honest. It buzzes a lot. How do I lower the pick up?

Just tighten the screws on the sides of the pickup, the ones holding it to the pickguard, to lower it. SG pickups are usually pretty high though, at least the ones I've seen.

You see that screw on the left and right of the pickup, turn those and they will raise/lower the pickup.

As for the action, it would be better to look at the set-up thread sticky.
