Schecter did a horrid job at wiring this old guitar of mine so i need re wire it, actually the joints aren't even connected.

It has a single coil (Dimarzio Fast Track 2) in the Neck and a Duncan Design in the Bridge (It'll be a Dimarzio D-Activator X eventually). It has 2 knobs, One volume and One tone that can coil tap. It also has a 3 way switch.

Can anybody guide to a wiring diagram that can show me to have it set up so i can coil tap the humbucker and the rest is just normal?

Tried Google? DiMarzio has some nice wiring diagrams.

Any two pickup diagram with 1 vol and 1 tone control should be fine to base your wiring on. Coil tapping is just taking the black/white wires of the humbucker and grounding those.
