Hey just wanted to know how you find this as a career path? I am in the midst of enrolling into it, just wanted to get some feedback from someone in the field.

Thanks in advance.

Well, I do it as part of my job (Artist Management) and I'm a music industry major (done this semester) so I do a lot of it right now. It's STRESSFUL. Do you mind having a Blackberry glued to your hand 24/7? If not, you'll do fine. As far as jobs in the industry, it has the fastest turnover of work-to-cash in hand. Give it a shot, book some stuff locally on your on time and see how you do. If you don't hate it, you should seriously pursue it and see where it takes you.
Telecaster - SG - Jaguar
Princeton Reverb, Extra Reverb
P-Bass - Mustang Bass
Apogee Duet 2 - Ableton Suite

I'm not in show production, but I'm the lighting director for my church, and I like it a lot! It's cool to be able to get creative with something that isn't an instrument.

Don't use distortion pedals. Just bury your guitar for three weeks, and then dig it up, that should do the job.
