No, they're pretty crappy. Like on the level of Starcasters and Lyons you get at Target. But yeah it's a MF house brand. Some of their basses aren't bad though.

Vox AC30VR 212
Arion MTE-1 (LED clipping diodes added)
Vox Tonelab LE

By high-gain I don't mean stupid stuff. I just mean styles like Motley Crue or Iron Maiden

I would get a Squier Affinity Strat for an extra 50 bucks. It could be a pretty dec guitar if you try enough

I swear it's easier to make a decent bass than a decent electric guitar however... If a bass is built properly (wood is properly carved and sanded) and all the hardware is on tight then it'll have a better chance of sounding okay. An electric guitar has thin little strings that can be affected more by slight differences in pickup distance, fretting, tuning, bridge placement etc... I may be wrong but I've tried a few basses that you can buy at Sears and they sound way better than guitars in their price range.

When I saw the thread title, I thought, "When guitars attack."

This thread is almost as disappointing as Rogue guitars.

tl;dr How does one safely remove the smell of a corpse from a banjo?

Would you run down past the fence?

Tell us, is the black box lying?
