Oh yes... oh yes...

That's right - New Super Expensive Russian Guitar Day! haha

I wonder what it could be!??!

This is what showed up at my door today:

At least the case is freakin legit?

Opened it up to find this baby:

Let's take a closer look....

Wait a second.... is that a.........................BLACKMACHINE!??!

Yes... Yes it is!!

Blackmachine B2 - EPIC WIN!!!!!!!!!!

All I have to say is... WOW. Greatest neck ever. This thing plays like butter and sounds like complete sex. The ebony top isn't really my style, little too plain for me, but when you flip it over, the neck and back are simply GORGEOUS. Is too bad I don't get to keep this thing, it's - without a doubt - the single greatest guitar I've ever laid my hands on.

*Edit* Br00tz clip of the Blackmachine: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/4018922/Sorrow%20w%20Bass.mp3

Wait, I want to know the story as to how you get all of this equipment and then get rid of so much of it, please.

Curious anyways, not something I need to know, but would be enjoyable to know somewhat of the story t oall of these treasures you have/had.

Also shitchrist that is a hot guitar.

I have a partner in Russia that owns his own guitar shop - His customers come to him and tell him what they want and how much they can pay - He tells me and then I buy them here and send them to them

Hey Mclizzy when you get back could you let me know the specs on that guitar?

Scale length: ?
top wood: ebony
book: ?
neck: ?
fretboard: ?

could you take a picture of just the side? How thick is it at the thickest point?

also do you know how much that guitar weighs?

Thanks bra. *terrorist fist bump*

Swamp Ash Body
Ebony Top and Binding
Figured Rosewood Neck with Ebony Fillets
Ebony Fretboard
BKP Nailbombs

Not sure on scale or weight, but it's super light, but extremely resonant. I'll measure it when I get a chance.

^ I would think so. Ash is a pretty balanced wood. Rose wood is on the darker/softer side and ebony is bright as **** though. Nailbombs as far as i know are pretty bright pickups as well.

well I would think the swamp ash would be mellow but that thing is like covered in ebony. It's like a chocolate covered strawberry man. Sure the strawberry tastes like a strawberry but you're getting a truckload of chocolate.

Its only got 5 strings.

Looks awesome!

Yeah... The guy that sent it broke a string before he sent it out and didn't replace it, just sent me an email and was like "btw, the guitar is missing a string." WTF? Oh well, I put a new one on it

The guitar really isn't that bright. I'm used to Mahogany with a Maple cap and it sounds similar in terms of EQ, though I will say that I'd probably like it better if it had something other than Nailbombs. But, I guess that's not saying much, cause it still sounds better than any of my guitars

Holy shit.

That guitar is beautiful and far more brutal than any guitar I have ever seen. It has almost a brutal elegance to it, or an elegant brutality about it. The raw natural look of the wood is what makes it look so amazing. Rustic, is how I would describe it. If it sounds anywhere near as good as it looks then my oh my......

Made here in England too! Gives me some pride about the country I live in.....

Sounds like a pretty simple situation to me... Never send the guy his guitar. Then fake your death and move to Russia yourself (because that will be the last place they will look). Assume the name Ivan, and rock Mother Russia until her ears bleed.

Recorded mah song with the Blackmachine:

https://dl.dropbox.com/u/4018922/Sorrow.mp3

Please excuse the machine gun bass drums, I just threw on the most cutting bass sound so I could hear it really good when I recorded the breakdowns. Needs some mixing and possibly a few over dubs, but is sounding pretty br00tz. Especially the part after the first "chorus"
