It's been a while since i've posted on UG so when pondering this question i thought you guys may be able to help me out.

I've returned to university with only my (Worship Guitars) 'Saint' les paul and my GT8 and i'm not sure what i should learn.

It's a world away from my So-Cal Strat or even my vintage(ish) Squier so can anybody suggest some songs to learn and play.

I'm pretty open minded, and i'm thinking classic/heavy rock would suit this guitar & style. I'm not a bad player these days but i'm no shredder.

Any Suggestions?

Some Aerosmith. Guns N Roses Appetite era stuff suits that guitar very well. Metallica, for some reason.

The only good thing about my MG30 was I was able to have it in my room for 5 years solely as a place to hide cigarettes and condoms.

Serious post: scuttlebum/wham - SRV

Immature Post: Through Fire and Flames - Dragonforce.

EDIT - Gravity by John Mayer. these arent played on LP's, but i reckon they sound pretty good on an LP.
