My Ibanez grg170dx's bridge post (those stud like things that keep the bridge from flying forward and adjust string action) on the low e side won't budge but the high e one works fine. I'm nearly stripping the head on this thing trying to adjust my action and I really need help please...
The guitar has been my best friend since I was 9 years old. I have spent more time with my instrument than any human being.
Is this the first time you've tried moving it? It probably just seized up.

Try and find a pair of linesman pliers (it's like a needlenose plier, but the head is wider) or even a needlenose should work, but you'll have much better grip and much more torque with the linemans

simply find a thin soft cloth to place over the seized post, and use the pliers to turn it counter-clockwise.
