1st NGD too... so off we go
Well after a few months amp hunting and selling off quite a lot of stuff... ive finally found an amp in my price range ive loved! The Blackstar HT Stage 60 (2x12). This is my first valve amp, i dunno how ive lived with out one of these!! (and ive been playing 9years... )
Bloody brilliant amp! Pics first then review:

^On its own...

^very nice and study pedal!

Now some with the guitars

Review:

I own a Les Paul and nothing else so ive only played through it with 'buckers. I play stuff like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Paramore, AC/DC, RHCP, Nickelback etc etc.

Its a 3 channel amp: Clean, OD1 and OD2.
Valves...2x EL34 2x ECC83 1x ECC82
OD1&2 share the same EQ and have the ISF control (to the left its American, to the right its British) I like it set at around 2-3 o'clock.
The digital reverb is very natural sounding and has a dark/light voice switch on the back. Im loving the light one!
The master section has a resonance, presence & master volume controls.
Each channel has a voice switch for boutique & modern sounds. (in position modern, out position boutique)

Clean channel
voice switch out, very class A sounding, sparkly funky cleans which when cranked has some sweet overdrive! with the switch in its class AB sounding. more bass response, tighter and less breakup.

OD1 & 2
the amps let down here by the shared EQ, if they had separate EQ's it would be way better!
Both channels sound great though! OD1 gets that classic rock - hard rock tones.
and OD2 can be used as a lead channel or to carry on and get some nice metal sounds!

voices(same for 1 & 2):
Out... Gets you the classic rock sounds.
In... Gives you a little more gain with a more aggressive sound

... not sure what to use for a cover so people don't steal my shit at shows. Any ideas?

you could just make the cover out of wood too? use latches or something to hold it on.
