I need some songs that talk about death, like the death penalty or undeserved deaths, like murders, accidents or someone losing someone. I'm doing an essay about the death penalty, I need inspiration and this is the best way for me.

Check out a band called Acid Bath, they have a lot of songs about death.

Half of the songs on Nightmare are like that. How about Victim?

EDIT: By A7X if you're living in a cave and didn't know what I mean.
I'm rgrockr and I do not approve of this message.

Death cab for cutie - i will follow you into the dark?

If it's too lovey for you, just imagine the guy is singing it to a girl tied to a chair.

we did you choose "death songs" as the title? surely songs about death seems a little less weird.

Then again, we say love songs, not songs about love.

So my question is. Can Pre-Cum fluid pass through my underwear, my jeans, onto and through her jeans, through her underwear, and impregnate her?

No one has mentioned Cannibal Corpse? Every song is about Death in some way shape or form.

But yeah the majority of Death metal (not all) come to think of it a lot of metal in general is about death.

Slayer have some good death related lyrics
