Aight guys, now I am looking for a semi acoustic guitar that I can plug in and play thrash metal on comfortably with amp distortion or maybe get a distortion pedal for it. My question is will it sound fine? I remember that James Hetfield played the Nothing Else Matters solo on a semi acoustic on the S&M concert and it sounded amazing?

Appreciate the feedback

He did, hut Nothing Else Matters is also an acoustic ballard pretty much, it isn't a Thrash Metal song, but no no equipment will ever give you anything even approaching a Thrash or metal sound if you're using a Semi Accoustic.

^yay! sanity!

also, by the way, if you were looking at something over a grand, taylor T5 can do it.

there's a 5-way switch and a humbucker in there under the top.

sounds mint thru the right system.

might be less than that through a small practice amp....

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.
