So I have a maxon od-808 and I am happy with it. I am always trying new pedals and lately I have been readin on the OD-9. Seems there arent to many differences. Seems the OD-9 doesn't take out as much bass as the OD-808, and the OD9 has true bypass, and the OD-808 does not. Has anyone played them side by side? I have a 6505+ and a mesa 4X12 cab. I like's the low tight stuff like parkway drive, etc.

i thought the od808 was a tiny bit smoother and more natural-sounding, but it was really close.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.
