I got an Ipod Touch a few years ago. About a year ago I sent it into Apple because one channel of sound wasn't coming through anymore (even though I took plenty of care of it). I sent it in, they sent me a refurbished one free of charge. No problems.

Now this refurbished one is messing up, the screen shakes, my apps dont work, and it refuses to connect to my computer. There's no water damage and its never been dropped, ive taken care of it.

Now I am trying to send it into Apple again and when I type in the serial number it says "We're sorry, but we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later.". Every time. Is it impossible to sent this one in again? Are they going to make me buy a new one?

Ugh, any help or similar experience?
