Trainings been on and off and I haven't been online a lot hence the no posts. But still vaguely progressing. Can hit 5x5 back squats at 115kg/255lbs pretty comfortably. FInally hit a 100kg/220lbs clean and jerk. I'd cleaned it a couple times but never could get the jerk done. Shoulder press is going up slowly. So eh, I'll take it

spent another couple of hours at the beach today running around and tossing a ball around.

Worked back yesterday. I was able to do 2 sets of 8 neutral grip chins, but that wore down my grip endurance pretty quickly. Seems like whatever I'm doing it's my grip that wears out first. Gonna be a long road back to that 420 lb DL
