I'm having trouble identifying this guitar my uncle gave me.
I think it has Washburn written on it but it also looks like its had a paint job, and a few things altered on it.

There are no model numbers or any other writing on it besides Washburn.

It looks like the fretboard is made of plastic.

I'd say it's a Washburn HM (Heavy Metal Series) something-or-other.
EDIT: Maybe not, the HM's were a separate body shape back in the 80s (like an explorer more or less).
Either way, your best bet is asking on the Washburn forums.

we know one thing:

it is very, very ugly...

just saying...
1) Open Google Translator
2) Set it from English to Vietnamese
3) Type "Will Justin Bieber ever hit puberty"
4) Translate
5) Copy the Vietnamese text
6) Translate back from Vietnamese to English
7) ???
8) Profit!

try pics showing the whole guitar, and if there is a back plate for the bolt on neck that may have a serial number o logo or some kind of writing on it.

I am not familiar with Washburn but these things may help.

Haha yeah it is.

What I've found so far:

Carbonite fret board
The neck is right through, not bolt on
The amazing artwork has been added at a later stage
There are no other markings on it.
I'm told its a G-20V, I had a look at a few pics online most of the hardware seems to be in the same place except for: The pickups, and the Bridge, Apparently its supposed to be a wonderbar setup, but the bridge doesnt look like its been changed.
Around 1980s-1990s

There is no info at all on these things around the internet. Only that back in the day they sold for like $900

Probly worth less than 300 now. Maybe 50 bucks coz some guys changed it.

Some more photos

thanks guys
