I just bought a new ESP LTD EX-360 with a new strap and man is the strap a bitch to get on. I was wondering if it was possible to just switch out the stock strap buttons with another set and if that would correct the problem. Or am I just going to have to deal with having to waste 5 min to put my strap on every time?

Any suggestions for new strap buttons, guys?

you could just get strap locks.

you could just buy a strap and keep it on the guitar?

all 5 of my guitars have their own straps, so there's no f*cking about when i want to play a different guitar, just put one down and pick up the other...

I keep a strap on each guitar for the same reason.

The tight fit on the strap button is a bonus if you just leave the strap on and let it stay tight. It's not quite a strap lock, but it does add some security.

downside: when not allowed to drink yet

you have to think a 45cl grolsch beer bottle all the way down.
