The on/off switch doesn't turn the thing on when I have the little bar flipped to the foot switch setting.

But hey, the auto switch setting does produce sound. So I sort of have half functionality.

Is there any way to fix this? Have you seen this problem before?

Mine was backward. My auto switch could fall into the toe position no matter what. Everything was tightened and then the next day my level wouldn't move at all and I kind of....ripped it off by accident.

Never failed me until just recently when I hadn't used it for a while.

I wish I had your problem. Your seems like a simpler fix.

Would it be unwise to simply open it up and see what I can see? I don't have much electronics experience. I'll do that anyway...
