I want to wire my jackson with a super switch (and coil spliting)

I want it to be like that

1: Humbucker
2: Humbucker+Middle
4:Middle/Middle+neck (which one is better for blues I think I'll have single in the neck and single in the middle-I use the bridge mostly for metal).

I'll have 1 volume, 1 tone.
I want the volume to be a kill switch (push pull) and the tone maybe for coil spliting if i'll change the neck pup
Here's roughly what you want: http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=1h_2s_1v_1t_5w_pp

You'll need to translate the diagram's strat 5 way switch to the super switch. (same number of contacts just the placement is different). Plus substitute the duncan single coil bridge with any 4-conductor humbucker.

Here's the kill switch add-on: http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=kill_switch
