Hey whats up forum,
Lately I've been having wrist pain whilst standing up and playing guitar.
I not sure why this happens, I have my back straight( Can't even see the frets )
and i have my wrist straight as if I was to shake someones hand.

Can anyone help me!

Is the pain in the wrist of your fret hand? Then I'd advise adjusting your strap so that the guitar hangs higher. It'll be easier to play and better for your wrist. A lot of guitarplayers think it's cool to hang your guitar as low as possible, but it's not. It makes you look like a retard and totally destroys your wrist.

If it's in your other hand, then there's something wrong with your technique.

is it a burning sensation? does the joint feel loose, is it a sharp pain, or does the hand go numb? i would see a doctor, ive had pains at times but they werent serious and go away for me, if its so bad its rea;;u hard to play then take a break and go see a doctor. thats all im writing cuz my arms in a sling and i can only type with one hand :p

be careful of hanging the guitar too low, you might become like them!
