I was wondering if it's along the vein of the inlay stickers or if it was something completely different like the Epiphone headstock converter.

perhaps it's the fact they've used a matte-black gothic les paul studio with white binding as an example, but i think it looks awful

they haven't given any information as to what it is they are actually selling, either, they just show you an example of what it does, which isn't really very helpful.
